1 · WALK THE PROJECT
Start with the space, your priorities, and your budget.
We meet at the property, look closely at existing conditions, discuss what is and isn’t working, establish a realistic budget range, and identify the priorities that will shape the project.
2 · DEVELOP THE DESIGN
Turn your ideas into a workable plan.
If you already have a designer, we can collaborate with them. If you don’t—or aren’t sure where to start—we can coordinate a trusted designer to help develop the layout, materials, fixtures, and other key selections.
3 · DEFINE THE WORK
Establish the scope before construction begins.
Once the design direction is clear, you receive a written scope and estimate identifying what is included, what decisions remain, and whether permits, engineering, or specialty trades are needed.
4 · BUILD AND FINISH
Coordinate the work from demolition to the final detail.
Sean remains involved throughout construction, coordinates trusted trades, and communicates clearly about scheduling, discoveries, and decisions. We finish with a walkthrough and address the final punch-list items together.
